Making Moms merry at Open Arms
We are providing items for the kiddos and the moms that are currently being served by Open Arms.
If you donated gifts for the kiddos - thank you!
There is still time to donate gifts for the moms! We are collecting comfort type items that will bring some joy into their life. These items do not have to be wrapped. You may place them in the boxes in the church lobby and in the DOCK no later than December 15th. Here are some items that they've have suggested:
- New Blankets
- New Slippers or fuzzy socks
- Body Wash and Lotion
- Shampoo and Conditioner
- Hair Care Products, Hair ties, Hair clips, brush, comb, etc.
- Nail polish, polish remover, cotton balls, nail care kits, nail files, etc.
- Gas Cards, Gift Cards to Wal Mart, Meijer, Kroger, Dollar General

Youth Group Winter Wave Weekend
We will be going to a Winter Wave Weekend at Beulah Beach up in Vermillion, OH January 16-18, 2026. I will know the total cost when they open registration in October. But, it will likely be around the $160 range and includes all food, transportation, lodging, and a trip to Kalahari. And, of course a great weekend with friends spent in worship and the Word. No money is due at the time of registration.
Youth Group Summer Mission trip 2026
St. Marks Youth will be going to Pittsburgh June 22-26, 2026 for our summer mission trip! The total cost of the trip per person will be dependent on our fundraising efforts, but will not exceed $500 per person. A $100 deposit will be due January 1 to lock in your spot. The cost of the trip includes transportation, food (except for one meal), lodging, and a week full of fun, friends, learning, worship and serving together.
